All guests will reside at Villa Daniela Grossi in the spectacular Tuscan countryside.
Full details of all wedding events will be detailed below alongside additional information on travel, accommodation and experiences in and around Lucca.
Guests are invited to bring their fashion A-game - this week there is no such thing as overdressed! The more glamour, the better!

TUESDAY 15th JULY
ARRIVALS & WELCOME DINNER

Guests travelling on the transfer coach should gather outside the Blue Shades Aparthotel at 2:50pm for collection at 3:00pm.
Guests are requested to arrive at the Villa at 4pm. The Villa staff will require a copy of everyone's passports to legally register guests due to Italian regulations. Keys will then be provided for your allocated rooms and you will then have time to settle in prior to the Welcome Dinner.
WELCOME DINNER - PIZZA PARTY - 7PM
Attire: Semi-Formal
A Pizza Party Welcome Dinner will be served in the Villa gardens. Aperitifs will be served before a traditional Italian meal of pizzas, pasta, breads, salads and accompaniments.
Drinks Provided: Red Wine, White Wine, Prosecco, Beer, Spritz Cocktails
(Aperol & Limoncello), Soft Drinks & Still & Sparking Water.
WEDNESDAY 16th JULY
FREE DAY
Breakfast - 8:30-10:30am
No formal events have been planned for Wednesday - you can breathe a sigh of relief! Breakfast will be served in the morning and you are free to explore the local area or simply relax at Villa Grossi.
LUCCA - WALLED CITY
The historic walled city of Lucca is a short 15/20 minute drive from the villa. Transportation via taxi can be arranged. Average Taxi Fare - €40.
VILLA TORRIGIANI
Guests may wish to visit Villa Torrigiani, a famous, historical villa that is just a short walk or drive from the villa.

THURSDAY 17th JULY
WEDDING DAY
Breakfast - 9:30-11:30am
Breakfast will be served in the dining room and you then have the rest of the day to relax and prepare before the Pre-Ceremony reception at 4:00pm.
WEDDING
Attire: Formal/Black Tie Optional
While we’re asking for formal attire, please keep in mind the warm weather.
Lightweight fabrics and breathable styles are encouraged so you can stay comfortable and glamorous.
Heel caps are advised for guests to help safely navigate gravelled areas in the Villa grounds.
PRE-CEREMONY - 4:00pm
Guests are requested to gather in the formal lounge for a pre-ceremony reception.
You will then be escorted to the church and seated for 4:20pm.
CEREMONY - 4:30pm
APERITTIVO - 5:00-6:00pm
A range of canapes, light food and drinks will be served in the Villa gardens.
DINNER - 6:00-8:00
A 3 course dinner will be served in the Villa gardens.
Dinner will be accompanied by a choice of wines, prosecco, beers and soft drinks.

EVENING RECEPTION - 8:00-12:00
The evening reception will take place in the Marquee area of the gardens.
An open bar will be available throughout the reception.
FRIDAY 18th JULY
THE POOLE PARTY
Breakfast - 9:00-11:00am
THE POOLE PARTY - 2:00pm
A range of food and drinks will be provided under the garden marquee which can then be enjoyed poolside throughout the afternoon.
An open bar will be available from 2pm-4pm serving wine, prosecco, beer, Spritz Cocktails (Aperol & Limoncello), soft drinks and waters.
SATURDAY 19th JULY
FAREWELL BREAKFAST
Breakfast - 7:30-9:30am
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:00am and return room keys to the Villa staff.
The transfer coach will collect all guests at 10:30am. The coach will stop at a location near Pisa airport. For those wishing to explore, the Bounce App can be used to find a location to safely store your baggage and collect later.

PISA TO VILLA DANIELA GROSSI
A 20 seater coach can be arranged, should it be required, to transport guests from Pisa to Villa Daniela Grossi at a cost of approximately £20pp. Further information to follow in the WhatsApp Group.
Local Taxis are bookable within Pisa for the journey to Villa Daniela Grossi. The transfer time is approximately 40 minutes.

LUCCA TAXIS
Local Taxis are available in Lucca but should be booked slightly in advance (20/30 minutes) due to the location of the villa.
These may be used for travelling to and from the villa to Lucca or for transfers to Pisa Airport.

CAR HIRE/PARKING
Car hire is available from Pisa Airport. Parking arrangements can be made for vehicles throughout your stay at Villa Daniela Grossi.
PISA ACCOMMODATION
For guests arriving on the evening of the 15th of July there are a range of accomodation options available on Airbnb or hotel sites e.g. www.booking.com.
Given the late arrival time of the Prestwick-Pisa Flight on the 14th July, it is advisable that guests travelling on this flight choose accommodation near the airport.
LUCCA ACCOMODATION
All invited guests will reside at Villa Daniela Grossi throughout the wedding celebrations - 15th-19th July.
Breakfast will be served each morning in the dining room throughout your stay.
Full access is available to the Villa kitchens should you wish to prepare/store any additional food.
There is a 'Sigma' Supermarket within a 10 minute walk of the Villa.
SIGMA di CAPANNORI SEGROMIGNO IN MONTE - SuperSigma
A small selection of restaurants and food delivery services are available within a close vicinity of the Villa. Guest are welcome to utilise these throughout their stay.
